Daywize as an organization is an innovative company that provides cool software to organizations. Our product, Daywize Cloud, is a broad HR Tech solution with a wide range of specialized modules for employees, managers and HR professionals. Daywize originated from Workwide, a consulting club that specialized in putting down innovative HR concepts. In their assignments they noticed that organizations were working with all sorts of different HR tools that lacked coherence. And managers and employees didn’t like working with those. We work agile. Agile stands for developing software in short, manageable periods of time, often no longer than a month. We call these periods sprints and they are like small projects within a broader SCRUM approach. Together with our clients and partners we look at the needs and respond with these sprints. By doing so, we can quickly adapt Daywize Cloud to specific requirements or developments in the market. The speed combined with flexibility and support on a human scale leads to satisfied customers and partners.
We use state-of-the-art technology. Our solutions are browser-independent, multi-language and usable on any laptop, tablet or smartphone. Daywize Cloud is developed on the Mendix App Platform. This platform has a global development community of more than 300,000 developers. With Mendix, applications based on state-of-the-art Internet technology are developed at lightning speed. Mendix is part of the multinational Siemens. By using Mendix we can easily and quickly deploy new technologies directly!
We are honest about what our software can and cannot (yet) do. Internally, we work according to holacratic principles. This means that the entire operation is transparent: how much revenue is made, how much profit, how much someone earns and so on. The progress of work and tasks is also transparent to the whole team. We want to learn from mistakes and improve our software and processes every day. We therefore work with an improvement cycle and have implemented the ISO 9001 and 27001 standards that we have certified by an independent auditor.
Within Daywize, we work according to a holacratic model. Holacracy is a management model for organizations that steps away from traditional top-down management and distributes all authority to all employees. This creates a dynamic and transparent structure capable of constant adjustment. Within Daywize, this means a flat structure where everyone contributes from multiple roles. We believe that people who are given a lot of trust and responsibility work with more pleasure. And happy colleagues make for happy customers!
