Once an organization engages a third party to process personal data they have collected, the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) requires that a processor agreement be in place. A processor agreement is an important document. This is because a processor agreement agrees that that third party will handle the personal data with care, and abide by the agreements that the organization has made with the data subjects in this regard.
Our processor agreement is based on a format of ICT Waarborg and has been extensively legally tested against the legislation by the relevant specialist lawyers and is therefore AVG / GDPR compliant. In addition, it is backwards compatible with the Sub-Performer Agreements we have concluded with our suppliers. We therefore do not agree in principle to any desired changes to this document. We offer our customers a state-of-the-art cloud service to support
of the employee journey and the related HR processes. The basic premise of such a service is that, based on best practices and configuration, the relevant customer environment is set up. The software underlying this is the same for all customers and so are the services and conditions surrounding it. The processor agreement can be modified by us.
