Delivery conditions

Delivery terms, “the fine print,” are a company’s terms and conditions under which products and/or services are provided. The term used in law for delivery terms is “general terms and conditions.”

Terms and conditions Daywize

We offer our customers a state-of-the-art cloud service to support the employee journey and related HR processes. Based on best practices and the desired processes, environments are set up customer-specifically. The underlying software is the same for all customers. This also applies to the services and conditions surrounding them. Daywize uses conditions that are focused on delivering products and performing services in the field of ICT. We use the ‘NLdigital Terms and Conditions’ as filed with the District Court in Utrecht and a number of ‘Additional terms and conditions Daywize’ that are tailored to this. These conditions are subject to change. The most recent version can be viewed via the document below and can be downloaded afterwards if desired.

Co-makership & creation

We operate according to the principles of co-makership and co-creation. By co-makership, we mean building a long-term relationship based on mutual business trust between you as a partner or customer and us as a supplier. The common goal is mutual benefit. Co-creation is a form of cooperation in which all parties have influence on the process and the result of this process.

The demands that our partners and customers may place on us are high. To meet them, we invest a lot of time and money in our operations. Therefore, there will have to be something in return for those demands. The quid pro quo from our (potential) partners and customers consists of: a long-term relationship (1), a development program to get the most out of the software (2) and a set of conditions in which the rights and obligations of both parties are balanced (3).
